Income:
low/moderate (meet federal income limits defining low/moderate - 80%or less of Tulsa median family income - income based on the number of people living in the house; adjusted annually).

Ownership:
owner-occupied units only (we do not assist rental units or lease to own)

Location:
Tulsa city limits only.
