Pilot Project Homeowner Applicant Criteria

Age: 

At this time, households of any age are considered for the pilot project neighborhoods of Kendall-Whittier and Hawthorne

Income:
low/moderate (meet federal income limits defining low/moderate - 80%or less of Tulsa median family income - income based on the number of people living in the house; adjusted annually).

Ownership:
owner-occupied units only (we do not assist rental units)

Location:
Kendall Whittier neighborhood and Hawthorne neighborhood.
