Disaster Fund

It appears that Tulsa is fortunate to have escaped wide-spread damage from this winter storm.  However, as we plan for any future home repair needs of the Tulsa community due to unexpected weather (future ice storms, tornados), Rebuilding Together Tulsa is accepting donations for "disaster repairs."

After the December 2007 ice storm Rebuilding Together Tulsa made repairs for 168 homeowners, which included 2 extensive electrical repairs, 37 total roof replacements and 164 major tree limb removal projects.  Over 500 hours of volunteer labor were utilized for repairs and funding was leveraged with in-kind donations and discounts to provide a total value to the community of $261,247.80.
